Whilst monitoring the new servers today, we noticed, the same issue has been affecting some users (about 10% of users). that is to say, not all connection attempts to our servers, to retrieve tips, were successful.
Luckily, as we’ve now separated the flat-racing.com website, from the tips retrieval servers, we’ve been able to isolate the issue and a fix has been put in place tonight. The servers should now being able to handle several hundred concurrent request for tips.
Will update again tomorrow, when we’ve had a change to monitor the system for another full day.
