Despite the UK shutdown of racing by the BHA, racing continues in Ireland, behind closed doors. Annually, there are approximately 1,300 races in Ireland, which is 16% of the total race volume for the UK&I. You will see our Performance charts continue to show betting results, but at a much reduced number of bets.
The BHA has today issued a press release, that UK horse racing is cancelled until the end of April 2020. You can find more information here: https://www.britishhorseracing.com/press_releases/26644/ We expect the HRI (Irish authority) to follow suit soon.
In the last 7 days the betting markets have exhibited unusual patterns – leading to losses – we suspect due to COVID-19. We are still issuing tips, but have ceased betting until the markets return to normal.
