    HI All,

    One of our users alerted me to an issue with password resets today – which led us to find a new BUG in our code that replicates user information from our website servers, to our tips server.

    This meant that if you have tried to change your password – you would have been ok to log into the website, but NOT ok to get tips via the spreadsheet.

    The bug has been fixed – and we’ve put in place some monitoring to tell us if it fails again in the future.
