    Hi,

    I’ve just examined the diagnostic log, from a customer who missed a tip on the 17:30 race yesterday (11th Aug). The race was at Haydock, but our diagnostic log shows the following was recorded by Gruss in the “Market” sheet:

    2020-08-11 17:28:14 : Gruss Betting Assistant Data:
    RaceName: Perth 11th Aug – 17:30 2m4f Nov Hrd
    Last Updated: 11-08-2020 17:28:15

    On another customer’s diag log, it correctly looks like this:

    2020-08-11 17:30:00 : Gruss Betting Assistant Data:
    RaceName: Hayd 11th Aug – 17:30 1m6f Hcap
    Last Updated: 11/08/2020 17:28:15

    Very strange! (there was no 17:30 race at Perth).

    We’re not sure why Gruss would mangle the race name like this, but there is a setting in “Preferences” in Gruss you might want to check is enabled. The setting under “Preferences” / “Quick pick list / markets”, it’s called:

    “Periodically check start times (order can change)” – make sure this is ticked.
