Hi All,
We’re currently tracking a continued Network Problem – which is causing a failure rate of 4% (of tips requested, versus tips received).
Obviously we’d like you to get more than 96% of our tips… We’re currently exploring a few different solutions, but it will be a week or two until we have a plan.
Overall the average effect will be a 4% reduction in annual profits, but obviously this might be a bit “lumpy” on some days.
Will update you all again soon, as soon as we have a confirmed remediation plan.
