Update on our network issues.
We are aware that some customers are not receiving all the published tips. We are measuring the drop-out rate (currently 4%, or 1 in 25 tips).
We have now proven this is a network related issue (not our servers, or internal network infrastructure).
The confirmed plan is to now host the tips retrieval element of the service with a separate hosting provider. New servers are currently being built.
Hoping to resolve the problem on, or before, July 14th.
