Payments being taken, despite free 1st month

Some users are having the monthly charge taken when signing up, which is incorrect.

This is due to a bug in our third party payment system. We have raised a ticket with this provider, hope to have a resolution in a day or two.

In the meantime we are manually issuing refunds and are monitoring paypal.

Our third party payment provider have now resolved the payment issue. We’ve issued 1st month refunds to all those affected.

The payment system is now working normally.
