spreadsheet in protected view

hi all,
Sorry to ask ut not good with computers.
When using the spreadsheet worksheet after downloading and given g it its own folder and clicking on it can only use in protected view
so cannot click on and use login credentials and enter details and check connection
what am I doing wrong
please help

Hi mate,

just loaded it, you should have a bar appear at the top of the page saying its protected with an option to enable editing.

If not, click “file” top left of screen, and click “info”. You should have the option to enable editing in there also
